This Terms of Use is for the use of this website, including the platform hosted by Studio Kreativa (Hostinger Platform) (collectively and individually referred to as “Studio Kreativa”, “we”, “our”, “us”, “I” or “me”), operated by Studio Kreativa (ABN 67 837 051 621).

If you are a customer or a visitor on our Website, this privacy policy applies to you.

By accessing and browsing the Website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and the terms and conditions of Studio Kreativa’s Privacy Policy and, if relevant, the terms and conditions as contained Studio Kreativa’s client agreements.

For the purpose of this Terms of Use, you are referred to as a “Customer”, if the relevant clause is regarding any sale of goods or services, supplied by Studio Kreativa.

Studio Kreativa is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

Personal Information

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.

We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

Studio Kreativa will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
